Meet the Inventors Josef Waldmann has over 23 years of experience in the jewelry business. He is a 2nd generation jeweler who became a graduate gemologist at the age of 18. Joe designed a line of coffee themed jewelry which was featured as one of the best new products from Washington State in 1997. He went on to purchase a Retail jewelry store in 1999. It was there that the inspiration for "T3" took shape. He had a lot of customers ask about men’s engagement rings. He saw the opportunity in working with Titanium and now offers it to you. In addition to his jewelry patents, Vaclav Dusek has over 35 years experience as an engineer and inventor. He holds numerous patents. His specialty is in surgical eye equipment and he has helped millions of people regain vision with the use of his inventions. Joe came to Vaclav with the idea of making interchangeable rings. Together they have created "T3".
